96th Monsal Hill Climb – Sunday 4th October 2026
First run in 1930, Monsal Hill Climb has been on the hill climb calendar for an amazing 95 years. This event was started by a few mates riding out to Monsal Head at the end of the track season and timing each other up the hill, at this time it was an unmade road.

Please note that the road, from Monsal Head to the Upperdale (the junction with the Hay Dale road), will be closed from 9:30am until 3pm on this day.
Parking is being provided in a nearby field with proceeds (£2 per car) going to the Little Longstone Congregational Chapel. (Cash only please).
